United Holdings is a well-established collective of companies supporting the oil and gas services, power generation and transportation industries, United Holdings distributes and services engine and transmission products and manufactures oilfield service equipment through subsidiaries United Engines and UE Manufacturing. United Engines (UE) distributes and services engines and transmissions for on and off-highway use; electric drilling packages for the drilling market, and in-shop and field service. UE also sells and services prime, stand-by and continuous power generators for a broad range of applications. Our facilities, strategically located near oil and gas basins and the main corridor of cross-continent transportation, are one-stop depots for OEM manufactured parts and service provided by factory-trained technicians.

UE Manufacturing (UEM) is a global supplier and manufacturer of oil field pumping equipment and creates custom-designed fracturing and stimulation equipment with land and offshore capabilities. UEM specializes in the remanufacturing and servicing of a wide variety of oilfield pumping equipment.
UEM offers a full product line of fluid pumping equipment ranging from fracturing, cementing and transfer units, to cryogenic pumps, offering numerous standard models with proven design packages. Its highly qualified engineering team customizes equipment to meet specific requirements for both land and offshore applications that serve the oilfield industry worldwide.

Thermo King, the world leader in transport temperature control systems provides new and pre-owned refrigeration systems, heaters, HVAC systems, auxiliary power units and aftermarket parts for trucks, trailers, rail cars, vans, buses and ocean-going containers.

Stewart & Stevenson (S&S), founded in 1902, is focused on oilfield manufacturing, power generation, rental solutions and aftermarket support for global oil and gas, marine, construction, transportation, government, mining and agricultural markets. S&S, composed of Manufacturing Technologies, Power Products, Atlantic Detroit Diesel-Allison, Florida Detroit Diesel-Allison, S&S Colombia and Power Rental, serves customers worldwide from 43 U.S. and international locations.

S&S manufactures oil and gas service equipment customized for global onshore and offshore markets and provides service wherever the equipment is put into operation. Marine Systems, Inc. (MSI) provides premium marine engine repair services, engine parts, marine engine sales and support for the marine transportation and oil & gas industries. MSI specializes in on-location diesel engine and reduction gear repair, as well as the remanufacturing and replacement of parts for a wide range of vessels.

Engine Systems, Inc.

Engine Systems Inc. (ESI) provides diesel engines, generators, replacement parts and service for critical standby diesel generators, specializing in nuclear and commercial power generation applications at customer installations throughout the world.

ESI provides base load, peaking, and emergency diesel generator systems for stationary power applications, each custom engineered to customer specifications. As backup power, these units are utilized at hospitals, water and wastewater treatment plants, manufacturing facilities, telecommunications centers, electric power cooperative and nuclear power plants.
