Kirby Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiaries United Holdings LLC, Stewart & Stevenson LLC, and Kirby Engine Systems LLC (including Marine Systems, Inc. and Engine Systems, Inc.), is a leading distributor and services provider to industrial markets including oilfield services, marine, power generation, on-highway, and other industrial applications. Each of the Kirby brands sell genuine OEM equipment and replacement parts and provide service mechanics to overhaul and rebuild engines, transmissions, and related equipment. Customers are served through a network of 62 branch locations across 17 states and Colombia, South America. In the oil and gas markets, Kirby also manufactures and remanufactures oilfield service equipment, including pressure pumping units, and manufactures power generation equipment, specialized electrical distribution and control equipment, and high capacity energy storage/battery systems. Kirby also rents generators, lift trucks, refrigerated trailers, and industrial and portable compressed air to all the markets that the Company serves and sells genuine replacement parts via DieselDash.com (Diesel Dash LLC).
